FLOW PATHS
Array formed with randomly divided edges
Wavy curves raised, Tween curve raised more, curves lofted to form surface
Wavy curves form in cells
Points randomly raised to form Delaunay mesh
From a tri-mesh, choose 1 of 3 sides randomly.
From the center of this side, derive a vector pointing towards the face center.
Divide this side into points, then draw lines in the direction of the above defined vector. Trim these lines off at the opposite edge.
Transform the lines into wavy 3D curves.
For an intermediate clustering effect, raise the wavy curves, derive the Tween Curve which is raised more, then loft the three curves to form a surface.
For mesh creation, randomly raise points, use a Delaunay mesh, then smooth with Weaverbird Sub Division.
Array Brep Mesh
The clustered flow may be ordered or somewhat chaotic depending on how the geometry is constructed and the levels of randomness used.
