Use the Pentagonal Tiling Parakeet Plug-In 02_B to establish a regular pentagonal array.

Find the cell centroid, then remove duplicate points. (Kangaroo2 removeDuplicatePts)

Randomly move the unique points.

Find the 5 closest points as referenced from the original cell centroid.

Sort the points clockwise.

Draw a closed polyline from the sorted points.

Form surfaces from the closed cell using either Patch Surface or Fast Delaunay.
